Where are you located?
Our flagship store is in Amsterdam (Gelderlandplein) and we have Automated Flower Stores across the Netherlands. Check out our store locator for a store near you.
What are the delivery times?
You can choose a time and date for you delivery. You first choose a time of delivery, the slots are:
- 10:00-22:00 (no charge)
- 10:00-16:00 (+ €4,95)
- ASAP (+ €19,95)
- Pick up Gelderlandplein 171 (no charge)
Once you go to your cart you will be able to choose a date.
Are your Flowers real or fake
All our Flowers are real, except for the Silk collection. Even the Preserved Flowers are real! These get a special treatment with glycerine that will last them up to 5 years.
Do you have Peonies available?
Peonies are only at available at Daily Flowers from late April to early July. They unfortunately only bloom for a short period every year.
Ordering
Can I select a delivery date?
Yes, choose your preferred delivery date in the calendar at checkout. You can also choose a delivery slot for a more specific delivery time. The slots are:
- 10:00-22:00 (no charge)
- 10:00-16:00 (+ €4,95)
- ASAP (+ €19,95)
- Pick up Gelderlandplein 171 (no charge)
How can I change an order I already placed?
You can request changes within 2 hours after placing the order by contacting our customer service team. The fastest way is to call +31 85 401 96 79

Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes, simply enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and add a personal card if you like.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Of course. Enter your company details in the billing section and the invoice will be emailed automatically.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
You will receive it on the chosen date. A track & trace link will be sent to your email once shipped.
What if my order never arrives?
Check your tracking link and contact us right away. We will investigate and provide a solution.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in certain regions for orders placed before 12:00. Availability is shown at checkout.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If you or the recipient aren't home, we will always try the next door neighbors. If these aren't home we will leave the bouquet in a safe place close to your house (you will receive a photo) or we will take it back to the store. This is always done in agreement with the sender.
Payment & Costs
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and “Pay Later” where available.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed by certified payment providers.
What international taxes or duties do I need to pay?
For international orders, customs duties or VAT may apply. These are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country.
What is your return policy?
Flowers are fresh products and cannot be returned, but if there’s a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Non-flower items can be returned within 14 days if unused.
My payment failed, what should I do?
Try again or choose another method. If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll help.
Product & Care
What should I do if I receive a damaged order?
Send us photos within 4 hours along with your order number. We’ll replace, refund, or resolve it right away.
How are your products made and where do they come from?
Our bouquets are hand-tied with fresh flowers from selected growers. We prioritize sustainable sources whenever possible.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Choose Small, Medium, or Large. Each product page shows stem counts and photos for comparison.

How can I keep my bouquet fresh for as long as possible?
Trim stems diagonally, use the included flower food, refresh the water every 2 days, and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
