1. Remove Packaging, Keep the Tie

Gently unwrap the bouquet to let the flowers breathe. If it's hand-tied and you like the arrangement, do not cut the binding cord. This preserves our design!

2. Use a Clean Vase with Room-Temperature Water

Place the bouquet in a clean vase filled with water at room temperature soon after arrival.

3. Trim Stems Diagonally (~3 cm)

Using a clean, sharp knife or scissors, cut about 3 cm off the bottom of each stem at an angle to maximize water absorption.

4. Remove Submerged Foliage

Strip away leaves or petals that would fall below the waterline; this helps prevent bacterial growth.

5. Add Flower Food

Mix in the provided flower food to encourage healthy blooms and clearer water.

6. Change Water Every 3 Days

Every three days, discard old water, rinse the vase thoroughly, and refill with fresh water plus flower food.

7. Avoid Ripening Fruit

Keep your bouquet away from fruits like apples or bananas. Ethylene gas they emit can age flowers prematurely.

8. Don’t Mix Old and New Flowers

Avoid placing older flowers with fresh ones to prevent them from wilting faster.
