Care Instructions

Keep your roses as fresh and graceful as the day they arrived.

Trim the stems – Cut each stem diagonally about 2 cm before placing them in water. This helps your roses absorb water more efficiently.
Use lukewarm water (around 40 °C) – Fill your vase halfway with clean, warm water and add the flower food provided.
Remove lower leaves – Make sure no leaves are below the waterline to keep the water clear and fresh.
Refresh every 2–3 days – Change the water, rinse the vase, and recut the stems slightly each time. Always use clean, warm water.
Keep away from heat & sunlight – Roses prefer a cool, shaded spot away from direct sun, radiators, and fruit bowls.
For drooping roses – If a bloom starts to bend, recut the stem and place it in very warm water (about 60–70 °C) for a few minutes before returning it to the vase.
