   Use sharp scissors or a knife to cut the stems at a 45-degree angle. This maximizes water absorption. Re-trim the stems every time you refresh the water.

   Refresh the water every 2-3 days, ensuring the vase is thoroughly cleaned each time. Add fresh flower food with each water change to maintain freshness.
5. Remove Submerged Leaves
   Strip any leaves or foliage below the waterline to prevent bacteria from forming and contaminating the water.
