All bouquets are hand-delivered by our own team. You will receive a text message with an estimated arrival time approximately 1.5 hours before delivery.

Same day delivery when ordered before 12:00 (not available in Brabant and Gelderland). Next day delivery when ordered before 23:59.

We stand behind the quality of every bouquet. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Care Instructions

1. Gently remove all packaging, taking care not to damage the petals or stems.

2. Cut 2–3 cm off each stem at a diagonal angle using a clean, sharp knife or floral shears. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively.

3. Fill a clean vase with cool, fresh water — make sure it is tall enough to properly support the roses.

4. Place the bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. This slows wilting and helps the flowers open gradually.

5. Change the water daily and re-trim the stems every 2–3 days to keep them drinking well.

6. Remove faded flowers one by one to keep the bouquet looking full and fresh.
