About Baobab Scented Candle - Leaves Marius

Set in hand-blown glass of sky blue and celadon green, the Marius scented candle reveals swirling patterns that glow under the flame like light filtering through Provencal olive groves. This piece is a beautiful tribute to the natural elegance and serene atmosphere of the French countryside.

Character: The fresh and resolutely green petitgrain opens with bright notes evoking the softness of sunrise. The botanical fullness of olive leaves enriches the heart, before cypress settles into a woody elegance that recalls the verdant character of Provence.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your candle and ensure a perfect burn, please follow these care steps:

  • The First Burn: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the entire surface has liquefied. This initial burn takes longer but prevents the formation of unattractive craters.
  • Full Liquid Surface: Each time the candle is burned, ensure the entire surface is liquid before extinguishing. This guarantees an even burn for the life of the candle.
  • Wick Maintenance: Keep the wicks trimmed to approximately 5 mm to ensure a clean flame and prevent smoke.
  • Safety: Never burn the last 1 cm (1/2 inch) of wax to avoid the flame burning directly against the glass.
