About Baobab Scented Candle - Provence

Inspired by the colorful imagination of David Hockney, the Provence scented candle is adorned with a hand-applied 24-carat gold screen print. Iconic landscapes are transformed into a luminous and joyful cartography. From the Abbey of Sénanque to cypress-lined farmhouses and the elegant Château de Lourmarin, the design unfolds like the pages of a travel diary, with pink flamingos adding a playful touch of the Camargue.

Character: The fragrance opens with the light, anise-like freshness of fennel, reminiscent of sun-drenched markets. Lavender evokes wind-swept fields, while amber brings a soft warmth, like a summer evening in Provence. A scent that celebrates the true spirit of the South.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your candle and ensure a perfect burn, please follow these care steps:

  • The First Burn: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the entire surface has liquefied. This initial burn takes longer but prevents the formation of unattractive craters.
  • Full Liquid Surface: Each time the candle is burned, ensure the entire surface is liquid before extinguishing. This guarantees an even burn for the life of the candle.
  • Wick Maintenance: Keep the wicks trimmed to approximately 5 mm to ensure a clean flame and prevent smoke.
  • Safety: Never burn the last 1 cm (1/2 inch) of wax to avoid the flame burning directly against the glass.
