Care Instructions
  1. Use a Clean Vase
Start with a thoroughly cleaned vase. Wash it with warm water and a mild antibacterial agent such as a small amount of bleach to eliminate bacteria that could shorten the lifespan of your flowers.
  2. Prepare with Fresh Water
Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water between 30 to 45 degrees Celsius. This helps the roses and chrysanthemums hydrate more efficiently. Mix in the packet of flower food provided with your order before placing the bouquet in the vase.
  3. Trim the Stems
Using a sharp and clean knife or scissors, cut 1 to 2 centimeters off each stem at a 45 degree angle. This maximizes water absorption and prevents the stems from sitting flat on the bottom. Repeat this every 2 to 3 days.
  4. Remove Submerged Leaves
Remove any leaves or delicate gypsophila branches that would sit below the waterline. This keeps the water clear and prevents bacterial growth.
  5. Regular Maintenance
Replace the water every two days to keep it fresh. Each time you change the water, rinse the vase and slightly recut the stems to maintain hydration.
  6. Ideal Location
Place the bouquet in a cool and shaded area. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and air conditioning. Also, avoid placing it near ripening fruit, as the ethylene gas can cause the flowers to wilt faster.
