Care Instructions

Please follow these guidelines to maximize the longevity and performance of your set:

  • For the Candle (The First Burn): Always allow your candle to burn until the entire top surface becomes completely liquid. This initial step takes longer but prevents tunneling (crater formation).
  • Even Burn Process: Once the entire surface is liquid, do not leave the candle burning for more than one hour. The layer of liquid wax should never exceed one centimeter in depth. Never burn it down completely; systematically leave 1 cm of wax at the bottom to avoid overheating the glass.
  • Wick Care: Keep the single wick trimmed to roughly 5 mm to ensure a steady, clean flame and prevent smoke.
  • For the Diffuser: Insert all the provided reeds into the bottle to initiate the fragrance diffusion. Flip the reeds weekly if you prefer a more intense scent experience.

Monday to Friday we deliver across the whole of the Netherlands, Flanders and Brussels, between 17:00 and 22:30. At weekends we deliver in the Amsterdam and Utrecht regions and the Randstad, free of charge around Amsterdam and Utrecht. We do not deliver to the Wadden Islands.
