1. Remove Packaging, Keep the Tie If Desired

Unwrap your bouquet gently to allow the flowers to breathe. If it's hand-tied and you like the original look, do not cut the binding cord, it helps preserve the arrangement as designed.

2. Use a Clean Vase. Glass is Best

Place the bouquet promptly in a thoroughly rinsed vase. A glass vase is recommended so you can easily see if the water is clear.

3. Trim the Stems Diagonally (~3 cm)

Use a clean, sharp pair of scissors or a knife to cut about 3 cm from the bottom of each stem at an angle. This maximizes water uptake.

4. Ensure No Foliage is Submerged

Remove any leaves or petals that would be below the waterline. This prevents bacterial growth and keeps water cleaner.

5. Fill with Room-Temperature Water and Add Flower Food

Use clean, room-temperature water and mix in the included flower food packet. This nourishes the flowers and keeps water clearer.

6. Refresh Water Every 3 Days

Change the water every three days. Before refilling, rinse the vase thoroughly and—if possible—trim the stems again slightly.

7. Don’t Mix Old and New Flowers

Avoid combining your bouquet with older flowers, which can accelerate wilting in the arrangement.

8. Keep Away from Ripening Fruit

Areas near apples, bananas, or other ripening fruit release ethylene gas, which can prematurely age flowers. Keep your bouquet in a fruit-free zone.
