All bouquets are hand-delivered by our own team. You will receive a text message with an estimated arrival time approximately 1.5 hours before delivery.

Same day delivery when ordered before 12:00 (not available in Brabant and Gelderland). Next day delivery when ordered before 23:59.

We stand behind the quality of every bouquet. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Care Instructions
To ensure each bloom thrives, follow these care steps:

1. Gently remove all wrapping materials. Handle the Spray roses with delicately. They are full, soft, and sensitive to pressure.

2. With clean floral shears, cut each stem at a 45° angle under running water. This improves water absorption and prolongs freshness.

3. Choose a spacious vase and clean it thoroughly with a mild bleach solution to eliminate bacteria. Rinse well, then fill with fresh, cool water.

4. Mix in the flower food provided with your bouquet to nourish the stems and help reduce bacteria.

5. Roses in particular require ample water. Ensure all stems are submerged at least halfway in the vase.

6. Change the water every 3 days and clean the vase to maintain optimal conditions.

7. Display your bouquet away from heat, direct sunlight, and cold drafts. Moderate temperatures will help all varieties last longer.

8. Remove any wilting petals or leaves as the days pass to preserve the bouquet’s pristine appearance.
